MESALAS Tire Industry INC. established in 2023 is constructing its first tire plant in Emirdağ district of Afyonkarahisar on an area of 90,000 square meters. Target is to start production in last quarter of 2024 with three successive phases. In fi rst phase, forklift, tractor, implement/trailer, and off the road; in second phase, radial (textile/ steel) tractor, armed defence force, armored personnel carrier (APC), and air force fi ghters (UAV, Armed UAV, F-16); in third phase, radial passenger, SUV, light truck, and all steel truck/bus tires will be produced. With an increasingly rich product profi le, sales are targeted in both domestic and international markets, predominantly abroad.
